Vacation, vacation and more vacation

Allright...so I've been slacking on the blogging lately....this is all for the benefit of a certain Jensen...ahem....allright.

We went on a trip with Phill's parents over Pioneer Day weekend and we had a blast! We went to Silverton, CO and looked around the shops and went to a Youth Group play (Peter Pan, left much to be desired...). Then we went to Ouray to the hot springs (which if you have not been there it is so fun!) and also to the waterfalls. Of course, I was a genius and did not change my batteries in my camera, so this is the only picutre that we really have. We then came back to the Monticello Pioneer Day Celebration and went to the parade and saw the fireworks which were really loud!!! All in all it was really fun!

Phill was the best man at Jordan Jensen's wedding on August 8th, doesn't he look spiffy? He had to give a speech and the whole speel. He did a really great job! Made me proud!

We finally got to go celebrate our anniversary this past weekend. Phill and I decided to go to Colorado Springs, since Phill seems bent on living there...we'll see. They have a really cool zoo there where you can see the animals up close and also feed the giraffes. It was fun! All of there benches are in the shape of the animals, which I thought was cool. Phill's favorite bird is the owl...so I thought this was a kodak moment.

We then went to the beautiful Garden of the Gods! It rained for the rest of the time we were there, but it was still fun. They have tons of stuff to do there in Colorado Springs!

It was tons of fun!!! We love going on vacation....School starts for us both next week...so hopefully it goes well!
